Spoiler Alert! Guys, we gotta do better by women.

I find it curious that I’ve had more chats about the Game of Thrones finale during these last less than 24 hours from the time the show came and went than I did conversations during the last few days about the whole anti-abortion, anti-women disgrace currently playing out across the country.

People…guys – I talked to a lot of guys today – are legit bummed out (🙄) that Daenerys of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons did not get her way (didn’t she, though?) and did not get to make herself at home on the Iron Throne, after all these seasons of TV. Meanwhile, where’s the outrage for the actual real-life women who need our privilege and support right about today.

The time is right now.

I keep saying that.

We gotta speak up, guys.

You know her. She’s your family and she’s your friend. You wanna be the guy that drives her, that takes care of her after; who doesn’t judge but who truly understands; who’s got her back during a crucible. You wanna know and hear about it; in the long run, you’ll be glad you were there for her.

During an abortion. During a whatever she wanted to share with you.
