Acquitted but Not Forgotten

Not in the mood for a second fun and expected Saturday morning surprise, huh, America.

Fucking le sigh.

He must be so happy – sooo happy – now that he’s beyond O.J.: Donald Trump, the Twice Impeached, was acquitted (I know!) of the charge of incitement of insurrection, because obviously. Seven Republicans did join the 50 members of the Democratic caucus in the vote to impeach (#TLTL), so I guess it’s time the people take a real hard new look at the other 43 Republican members of the U.S. Senate, alright, because clearly, those people cannot be trusted to look after themselves and advocate their own best interest, let alone that of the people they are elected purportedly to rep.

I mean, we all witnessed what happened on Jan. 6 at the Capitol in D.C., right? We all saw it, and we all know what could have happened to the American senatorial body because Trump and his regime-y barnacunts have been playing with scissors in the nation’s capital, and….

Alas, what’s done is done.

I feel like we are on an episode of SVU and Mariska Hargitay is finally, yet again, having to explain how someone along the chain of command fucked up the rape kit, and now the rapist is gonna get to get away with it. At least, now we have (some) closure, and we can and will turn the page on Trump and his entire lot – may they have their day in civil court, alright.

And remember, just because a thief wasn’t caught that doesn’t mean they never stole.

How low can they go? Now we have our answer.

Time to soar.
